DynaVap Cap Warranty
- Customers may return the cap under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee if not satisfied within 90 days, following the procedures and qualifications stated in that Policy.
For Cap product failures or manufacturing defects:
Please contact Customer Support to start the claim. All caps are covered by a limited lifetime warranty.
Within 90 Days of purchase: You will be asked for proof of purchase and for deactivation of the cap. Please provide proof by a photo showing the deactivated cap, with the customer's name or order number on a piece of paper shown in the picture with the deactivated cap. We will then replace the cap and cover the shipping for the replacement.
After 90 days of purchase: We will ask for the proof of purchase and for deactivation of the cap. Please provide proof by a photo showing the deactivated cap, with the customer's name or order number on a piece of paper shown in the picture with the deactivated cap. After we verified deactivation we will issue a code for a new cap that can be added to a future purchase. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs, duties, and/or taxes.
*PLEASE NOTE THE WARRANTY COVERS ALL CAPS, HOWEVER THEY WILL BE REPLACED WITH OUR STANDARD CAP, CAPTIVE CAP, OR LOW TEMP CAP. WE WILL REPLACE AN ARMORED CAP FOR AN ARMORED CAP. WE CANNOT REPLACE COLORED CAPS.*
If you have more than one cap you are wanting to file a claim for, please provide a photos of all of the caps deactivated. The number of caps in the photo we will replace and issue an invoice for the shipping fee if they fall outside of the 90 day window.
