But first please review the following to see if we can troubleshoot the issue:
Is the device not turning on?
Due to mailing regulations lithium batteries must be sealed so the battery is not touching the terminals and we insert them inside the Wand so they are protected during transit. Open the battery door to remove and open the sealed batteries and place batteries in the the correct position. Check to see if the device turns on, if it still is not powering on please let us know.
Are your batteries not registering in the device? Getting an error2 message?
Please remove the batteries completely and rotate them by flipping then and switching their position. Turn the device back on to see if the issue persists. Please reach out to us if the issue persists.
Is the glass broken in the heating chamber of the Ispire Wand?
There is no manual fix for this issue, please contact us so we can help with a replacement.
Do your batteries seem to be draining?
As with any high performance device, high performance fuel is required. The wand used high performance batteries that can be depleted quickly depending on usage. When using the higher temp setting the amount of heating cycles available will be diminished. Keeping the batteries charged between seshs or during a sesh is suggested. An extra set charged batteries is always a good idea when sharing with friends.
The Wand times out before the CLICK?
If the Wand stops heating before your DynaVap reaches clicking temperature then the "temperature" on the Wand needs to be turned up. The adjustment on the Wand isn't necessary for temperature, it doesn't adjust how hot the coil in the chamber gets, it adjusts how long heat will stay activated before timing out.
The Wand is not registering the DynaVap?
If you have inserted your DynaVap into the heating chamber of the Wand and the device is on but it is not registering the device to activate the heat cycle then we have to adjust the depth the DynaVap is sitting in the chamber. There is a sensor inside of the heating chamber for the Wand, and because it is an induction heater it will activate triggered only by stainless steel. The adapter could be covering up the sensor not allowing it to register. If manually holding the device in the heat chamber, try adjusting how far you stick the device into the chamber.
Is the DynaVap combusting when used with the Wand or not getting any Vapor?
If you are noticing that you are combusting before your DynaVap clicks or it is clicking and you are not getting any vapor then we need to adjust the depth of the DynaVap in the heating chamber. The device could be sitting too low in the chamber and all of the heat is being targeted on the product and roasting the product before the heat can transfer to the discs to create the click.
If you are not getting any vapor then the device could be sitting too high in the chamber and all of the heat is being targeted on the disc portion of the cap and the discs are reaching vaporization temp not allowing the heat to travel into the product to get it hot enough to vaporize.
We hope these troubleshoot tips help. If you continue to have issues please contact us so we can help.
