Warranty Coverage Clarifications

It's essential to understand the scope of our warranty coverage:

- The coverage does not extend to caps, CCDs, O-rings, or other accessories.

- Cosmetic defects are not included in the warranty (excluding manufacturing machining marks)

- Wood is a dynamic material and can change based on the care and environmental conditions. The WoodWynd stem is covered by the 90-day satisfaction guarantee and is covered by a limited warranty for 6 months from the date of purchase by the original buyer. After the 90-day satisfaction period, the customer will pay for shipping to return the stem.

Product Replacement

In the rare event that you experience an issue with your covered device, rest assured that we'll strive to provide a solution. Depending on our current inventory, we may replace your item with a comparable product, ensuring that your experience remains seamless.
