The Armored Cap is engineered to “click” when heated to the correct and optimal vaping temperature. This upgrade to your dry herb vaping experience contains a Captive Cap encased in a stainless steel shell.
The Armored Cap is a little different from past versions—it’s designed with a pre-adjusted fit for a tighter grip on the tip. This helps keep it securely in place during heat-up and use, reducing the chance of a hot cap going rogue. Because of this, we don’t recommend making any adjustments, as the snug fit is part of the safety and performance package.

My Armored Cap Has a Problem? What Can I Do? We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Armored Cap. Unfortunately, that product has been discontinued. Due to this, we would not be able to provide an Armored Cap for a replacement if you experience trouble with yours. Please reach out to customerservice@dynavap.com if you need assistance with your cap. Please be ready to provide an order number or proof of purchase, or send it with your initial message!
