About Our Shipping Service Providers

We offer multiple shipping provider options for your convenience. We currently offer USPS and UPS for domestic shipments. DHL and USPS Global is offered for our international orders. Please note, that shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. If your tracking history shows "SHIPPING RECEIVED" we no longer have control over the package. Please contact the service provider for more information on your package. 


Under certain unfortunate circumstances may cause delays. Please keep in mind things such as, Holidaysstaffing shortages, weather-related issues, pandemics, and transportation delays may cause delays in the shipping of your order. It's also possible that there may be specific local issues affecting the delivery in your area.  Please confirm your local postal services times of operation as they vary. 


Our hours of operation is Monday - Friday 8-4:30.  We work hard to get your orders out as soon as possible. We are a small company so orders are usually processed the next morning from when they are placed.  Closed most Holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed that following Monday Morning, determining on the number of orders received. Please allow an extra 24-48 hours during a large promotion.

Does USPS deliver on the weekends? 


Every day except Sunday is a USPS business day. Local office hours vary from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, but some offices close earlier. Check your local post office hours before visiting. USPS delivers on Saturday, although it has short business hours and is closed on Sundays, and on federal holidays.


What about UPS Ground?

UPS Ground delivers to businesses and homes in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

Transit times are between one to five business days, with Saturday delivery standard to most residential addresses.

How does DHL work? 

DHL delivery hours are between 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday in the US.  For international shipments, DHL Express Service point locations are open from 9 AM to 6 PM.

What are the differences and what should I choose? 


    1. USPS (United Postal Service): USPS is a government-operated postal service in the United States, offering affordable shipping options for domestic and international parcels.
      USPS is the most competitive in shipping cost.
      USPS First Class International cheaper than DHL, duty fees are not collected beforehand, expect longer delivery times
    2. UPS (United Parcel Service): UPS is a private courier company providing comprehensive domestic and international shipping services with a focus on reliability and extensive coverage.
      UPS ground expect reliability and faster shipping times

    3. DHL : DHL is a global courier company renowned for its extensive international shipping network and rapid delivery services, serving both domestic and international markets with a strong emphasis on global operations.
      DHL may have higher shipping costs but is valued for its faster and reliable service
