EU Shipping Policy

Discreet Shipping
We ensure 100% discreet shipping.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • All orders are shipped from our shipping partner in Northern Ireland.

  • Most Shipments Qualify for Duty Free shipping. (Please refer to the list below for countries that may still be subject to import duties upon arrival.)

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours after payment confirmation.

  • Warehouse business hours: Monday – Thursday (excluding national holidays).

  • All efforts are made to minimize shipment delays.

Transit Times

  • Typically up to 15 days, but may vary by destination and carrier.

    • UPS: 3-5 days

    • USPS: 7-15 days (some destinations may take longer).

Order Modifications

  • Orders cannot be modified once paid and processed.

  • If you haven't received a tracking number, contact Customer Support immediately.

  • Requests to exchange or add items in the order notes will not be accepted.

Missing Items

  • If an item is missing, contact Customer Support immediately with your packing slip and received items.

Shipping Carriers

  • Shipments are sent using local carriers like Royal Mail, PostNL, DPD, UPS, and DHL. Your final delivery may be provided by your local postal carrier.

Refused International Orders

  • Orders refused at customs will only be refunded if returned in original condition.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If marked "delivered" but not received, wait 48 hours before contacting Customer Support.

  • Allow up to 15 business days for Delivery.

Damaged Goods

  • Report damage within 7 days of confirmed delivery with photo evidence.

  • Covers dents, scratches, broken components (not packaging).

What We Do Not Cover

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers.

  • Delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

  • Orders stuck in customs.

Claims Process

  • Submit a claim with your order number, issue description, and photos if applicable.
