Tracking Shows Delivered - Not Delivered

If you have tracked your order and the tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you are not able to locate it please start by doing the following:


  1. Please check all areas around your home, or with an apartment office to make sure you have exhausted all efforts to locate the shipment.
  2. Allow 48 hours from the delivery scan to allow the carrier to deliver your order. 
  3. Contact the shipping provider ( USPS, UPS, DHL) and see if they can assist you with tracking your shipment.
  4. If you are still not able to locate the shipment after this time has passed please reach out to DynaVap Customer Support for available solutions.
