If you have tracked your order and the tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you are not able to locate it please start by doing the following:
- Please check all areas around your home, or with an apartment office to make sure you have exhausted all efforts to locate the shipment.
- Allow 48 hours from the delivery scan to allow the carrier to deliver your order.
- Contact the shipping provider ( USPS, UPS, DHL) and see if they can assist you with tracking your shipment.
- If you are still not able to locate the shipment after this time has passed please reach out to DynaVap Customer Support for available solutions.
