Warranty Guidelines


At DynaVap.com, we're committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchases. If you encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to our dedicated Customer Support team for swift assistance in finding a resolution. Depending on the situation, you may be asked to provide photos and/or videos as well as return the product for inspection.


Ispire Wand Warranty

We have partnered with Ispire to help with their Ispire Wand warranty claims. The Ispire Wand is covered by a one year warranty. Please reach out to us so we can assist with the warranty process. 


DynaTec Heaters

Covered by a one year warranty. The heaters have been discontinued by the manufacture. WE require proof of purchase to proceed with the warranty claim. If your heater was purchased within the year we would issue store credit for DynaVap.com or DynaVap.eu in the amount that you have paid for the unit. If the unit has exceeded the year warranty we are happy to provide a discount for a future purchase. 


Important Warranty Considerations


It's important to recognize that while we stand by the quality of our products, there are certain conditions to bear in mind, regardless of your purchase date. We want to be transparent about our policy, so here are the conditions that apply:


Wood is a dynamic material and can change based on the care and environmental conditions. The WoodWynd stem is covered by the 90-day satisfaction guarantee and is covered by a limited warranty for 6 months from the date of purchase by the original buyer. After the 90-day satisfaction period, the customer will pay for shipping to return the stem.

Unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns for the following scenarios:

- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care

- Products exhibiting extreme abuse or unusual wear and tear

- Products impacted by natural disasters, fire, accidents, drops, or personal misplacement

- Products with missing components or from brands not within our inventory

- Products sold in sets (e.g., 3-packs) but returned individually

- Products that have been excessively contaminated or soiled beyond reasonable expectations

- Cases of repetitive misuse of our return policy

- Minor color imperfections on colored devices

- All merchandise sales are considered final

-The Warranty Excludes limited-run products, giveaway items, second-hand purchases, and customized items. 


Limited 3rd Party Product Warranty


In cases involving third-party items, we extend a limited warranty for manufacturing or production issues. If you encounter any such issues, please bring them to our attention within 14 days of receiving your order. Proof may be requested. Depending on the situation, returning the defective item might be necessary for assessment. Third-party items encompass a range of products, including but not limited to water pipes, grinders, glass products, and DynaStashes.
