If you are no longer interested in the order you placed please refer to the following.
If you have just placed the order please reach out to us providing the order number so we can cancel the order. If you notice that you have received a Tracking number for the order, the order has been processed and we are no longer able to cancel the order. You will need to send us a return request after you receive the order and send it back for a refund.
We are not able to substitute items in orders or make any modifications after the order is placed. If you need to make a change to the order it will be cancelled and refunded so you can place a new order. If the order has been processed no cancelation can be made.
If you notice an issue with the shipping information provided and the order has not been processed and you have not received a tracking number please let us know right away about the change. If you have received a tracking number and the information needs updating you will need to contact your local post office to inform them and have them update it. If the package is returned to us due to a bad address we will attempt to reach out to you for the correct information.
