Here are some steps to troubleshoot your device before filing a warranty claim:
When you first get your device make sure to fully charge it before use. If you did not charge your device before use and notice the battery depleting please fully charge the unit and let us know if you still notice the battery quickly draining.
If you receive replacement batteries due to draining issues or charging issues, please make sure to always fully charge the batteries before use. One replacement of batteries is provided in the warranty.
Are your batteries not registering in the device? Getting an error2 message?
Please remove the batteries completely and rotate them by flipping then and switching their position. Turn the device back on to see if the issue persists.
